Part II: This Part was first published by the Rebbe in 5713 (תשי"ג; 1953), in anticipation of Yud-Beis Tammuz, the anniversary of the liberation of the Rebbe Rayatz in 1927. The Rebbe prefaced it by a Publisher’s Foreword which is similar to that which introduced Part I above, and which is likewise dated Gimmel Tammuz.
